Love Clutch in White

Rafe Totengco finds inspiration in architectural forms the world over for his exquisite minaudières and clutches. Born in the Philippines and based in New York city, Totengco weaves multi-cultural references into his carefully detailed accessories, which impart not only a sense of everyday glamour, but that of objects d’art. Designed in a heart shape, Love Clutch in White is crafted with inlaid, white abalone shell ( Haliotis asinina ), which has been cracked and meticulously applied to follow the curves of the minaudière.
